Rates
VAsolutionsNOW offers competitive rates with monthly retainer and custom project packages. Our calendar fills up quickly, please contact us right away if you have an upcoming project. Available on an hourly rate for smaller tasks or a retainer basis to guaranteed you number of hours per month.
Hourly Rate:
Hourly rates vary on the project being completed. VAsolutionsNOW will provide a quote during your initial consultation.
Retainer Fees:
Our monthly retainer packages guarantee you our ongoing assistance at a flat rate and are billed before services are provided. Unused hours do not carry over to the following month and cannot be refunded.
10 hours- $350.00
15 hours- $499.00
20 hours- $630.00
Rush Jobs:
We can only take on a limited number of rush jobs on a per case basis. When available rush jobs have a 15% per hour additional charge.
Terms:
- Our fees do not include select office supplies, postage and shipping, international calls, specific membership website fees required for your projects, or printing fees. All additional fees will be billed at cost. You will be provided with a detailed invoice explaining all additional fees including rushed service fees.
- A signed client agreement and 50% deposit is required before services are rendered.
- Rush, Holiday, and Weekend jobs are subject to a premium rate
- Payments can be made through Paypal, check, or money order. All payments must clear before work is released.
- There is a service fee on all NSF/Returned checks (Bank Rate) and inconvenience charge of $25 also applies.
- All rates are in US dollars.
- Retainer hours are non refundable due to hours being reserved for the month.
